Lead A Small Group
12Stone® is passionate about developing the leader within you. We intentionally and regularly offer leadership development opportunities that will help you live in a way that glorifies God, lead others well and launch new groups that will continue to reach out to our community.
To learn more about leadership opportunities and training at 12Stone®, please begin by reviewing, "Spiritual Qualifications for Leaders." Our hope is that this will provide you with helpful biblical references to prayerfully consider as you step into leadership. While every leader is unique, 12Stone® small group leaders are strongly encouraged to be a member of the church, serve as a small group apprentice for one semester and/or have led well in another church.
After considering the biblical qualifications for leaders, please complete the"Small Group Leader Application" You may email your completed application to Lisa Goodwin at: lisa.goodwin@12Stone.com. You may also fax your application to 678.990.8137. Please mark the fax to Lisa Goodwin’s attention.
