Benevolence
12Stone Church, in the exercise of its biblical and charitable purposes has established benevolence in the area of provision based upon life sustaining and necessary support for those in need as defined:
A person who lacks the necessities of life, involving physical, mental or emotional well-being as a result of poverty or temporary distress. Benevolence is defined as assistance that is life-sustaining.
It is the practice of 12Stone to first refer all requests to organizations within the community that are better equipped to service those in need. For example, the Lawrenceville Cooperative and the North Gwinnett Cooperative Ministries are well suited to provide rent, utility and food assistance. Additionally, we partner with a variety of community partners that provide non-financial assistance to those in need.
If you have already contacted one of the area cooperative ministries or another one of our community partners, and still require assistance, you may contact us at 678.990.8100 to schedule an appointment to review your situation. Benevolence appointments are available on Mondays.
