Upcoming Mission Trip Opportunities

12Stone partners with national church planters & leaders that have a passion to see their country saturated with the Gospel through multiplying healthy churches. In these fields we are strategically involved through training, equipping and serving these partners' ministry needs. Our short-term mission teams support the work of these church leaders in a variety of ways including teaching, evangelism, construction, medical and dental care, children's programs and leadership coaching.

Teams are primarily limited to our partner fields, which focus our efforts and deepen long-term relationships. It is our partners who express the need for the arrival and assistance of teams from 12Stone; they are the ones with the passion and vision. They know the needs and struggles of the field. Therefore, our field partners are encouraged by our teams as they ensure the strategy fits into the long term goals.

Short-term team participants are carefully selected and intentionally prepared for the physical, emotional and spiritual experience of a short-term mission experience. We believe that these experiences open a unique and intense opportunity for the Holy Spirit to deeply transform an individual participant. Guatemala	October 1-5, 2008	We're sending a team of men and women to Guatemala City. Men are needed for construction, and women are needed to teach sewing skills to a small group of ladies in the church. Sewing classes will teach the ladies a skill that will enable them to sew items to sell in the marketplace, to generate a supplemental income. Afternoons will be spent hosting a ladies event and working with children If you have construction skills, sewing skills, the gift of service, intercessory prayer and evangelism, encouragement, craft or enjoy children, we need you on our team!	$1,300
Zambia	09/2008	Team will help local churches develop community orphan trusts. Activities may include construction, gardening, teaching, and outreach programs. Open to anyone over 18.	$3,000
Bolivia	11/2008	The focus of this trip will be outreach to implement and educate children in the orphanages by providing computer skills necessary to get jobs as they graduate into the working world. Four days will be spent teaching small groups of children to utilize and understand the concepts of all Microsoft office in Spanish.	$1,800
